Hold My Hand

For I am the LORD your God who takes hold of your right hand and says to you, Do not fear; I will help you. Isa. 41:13

When anxious, we instinctively reach for the hand of someone we trust, seeking assurance and comfort. This simple act mirrors a profound theological truth: God, who holds the entire world in His hands, personally extends His hand to us. Receive your Father’s promise to hold your hand through these paraphrased scriptures. Allow them to displace your fears and doubts with His assurance.

Even when you stumble, remember that you will not fall, for I, the LORD, am there to uphold you with My hand. So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed or anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with My righteous right hand. My presence is a constant source of strength and comfort for you (Ps. 37:24, Isa. 41:10).

My hand will guide you, and My right hand will hold you securely. I grant you My shield of victory, and My right hand sustains you. I reach down from heaven to make you great. I widen the path beneath your feet so your ankles do not turn. I reveal to you the wonders of My great love. As you seek refuge in Me from the enemies of your peace and faith, My right hand saves you. You are constantly under My guidance and protection (Ps. 139:10, 18:35-36, 17:7).

I will save you and help you with My right hand, for I rescue those I love. I raise a banner of victory against all attacks. The enemy will recognize that it is My hand, that I, the LORD, have accomplished it (Ps. 60:4-5, 109:27). Because you love Me, I will rescue you. I will protect you, for you acknowledge My name. When you call upon Me, I will answer you. I will be with you in trouble. I will deliver you and honor you. With long life, I will satisfy you and show you My salvation (Ps. 91:14-16). You are a beloved child of Mine, cherished and valued beyond measure.
