Ruach Journey Study Session One-Blessing Your Spirit

We have been created spirit, soul, and body as a beautiful reflection of the Trinity. The Hebrew word for bless is ‘baruch.’ It means a good word. Blessing someone’s spirit is speaking good words and inviting their human spirit to expand to all that God has designed it to be.
